June was a chilly month, but the warm sake at the sake cups and jug making workshop helped warm the soul.

April was a month full of inspiration.

Marching into April this year I’ve been making and exhibiting for Artisans in the Gardens. If you haven’t seen it yet, there’s still time this weekend.

Between Christmas and New Year is always a good time for creative reflection.

November has been a month full of workshops, planning for 2022 and exhibition preparations with our big annual end of year exhibition and sale to be held this Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of December.

What a month of celebration it’s been with so many birthdays, the end of lock down in Sydney, exhibitions and the reopening of the studio for workshops and open studios.

Coming out of quiet, contemplative lockdown lunches in the garden, I have enjoyed observing the bees in rocket that went to seed and the lemon tree which is flowering. Having been nicknamed Bee from childhood due to my love of honey and endless business, it seems apt that I’m now making them in clay.
