Learn the basic ceramic hand building skills of slab rolling and moulding to create your own textured platters and plates. Bring a couple of plates or platters you like from home to use as moulds in which to press your slab rolled clay.
Work will be made and completed over a Saturday and Sunday afternoon session.

Come and learn the basic ceramic hand building skills of coiling and joining. Once you know these, you can increase the scale of your work in any shape or size. In this workshop, you will hand build one large vase, manipulating its shape, texture and form as you go. Glazing can be completed at a Glazing 101 Workshop or Open Studio session. All materials and firings provided.
Suitable or beginners.
