I’ve had the very good fortune to have visited Newcastle twice during the month of May. The first time to install my 5 - totem Goddess Garden at Fort Scratchley in the Sculptures at Scratchley Exhibition, and the second time to pack it up and deliver the work to its new owners in Merewether…

One of my favourite places that never ceases to fire my imagination is Clay Gulgong - a unique clay festival set in the historical gold mining town of Gulgong.

February festivities ended with Mardi Gras and my second big new totem for the year called Frida, an homage to Frida Kahlo and the sense of artistic free fall into Autumn.

As a huge month of making over January flows seamlessly into a big month of exhibiting in February, I have the scary but exhilarating feeling of being on the edge of yet another very exciting year.

November was a month full of exhibitions, commissions, and Christmas event planning.
